📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage daily financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and cash flow management.
• Prepare and analyze monthly and annual financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian financial regulations and tax laws, including VAT, income tax, and corporate tax.
• Lead the finance team, providing guidance and support to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.
• Optimize financial performance by identifying cost-saving opportunities and improving financial processes.
• Manage and maintain financial records using accounting software such as SAP or Oracle.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement financial strategies that support the company's growth and profitability.
• Ensure all financial transactions are accurate, secure, and compliant with internal policies and external regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or tax management, with at least 2 years in a management role.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations and tax laws.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
