📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with international clients, including shippers, freight forwarders, and logistics providers.
• Leverage your expertise in global trade regulations and customs procedures to ensure smooth and compliant logistics operations.
• Utilize SAP and Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) to manage and optimize freight forwarding processes.
• Negotiate and secure competitive freight rates and service agreements with carriers and service providers.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends in the international freight forwarding sector.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Stay updated on industry developments and best practices in international freight forwarding.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in international freight forwarding, with a proven track record of securing and managing international shipping contracts.
• Strong understanding of global trade regulations, customs procedures, and international shipping documentation.
• Proficient in using SAP and Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) for logistics management.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required. Knowledge of other international languages is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
