Our cloud kitchen in Kebayoran Lama is at the heart of our operations, and we're looking for someone who's not only skilled in food preparation but also passionate about delivering exceptional food service. You'll be working with the latest kitchen equipment, including state-of-the-art ovens, grills, and food processors, ensuring our dishes are prepared efficiently and to perfection.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist the head chef in preparing and cooking a variety of dishes, ensuring they are prepared to the highest standards
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment, maintaining high levels of hygiene and cleanliness
• Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations, ensuring compliance with local and national health codes
• Assist in the maintenance and cleaning of kitchen equipment, ensuring it is in good working order
• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and efficient food preparation
• Assist in the preparation of food ingredients, ensuring they are fresh and of high quality
• Participate in inventory management, ensuring that all ingredients are properly stocked and used efficiently
• Assist in the training and development of new kitchen staff, ensuring they are up to speed with all kitchen procedures and protocols

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role in the food service industry
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects
• Familiarity with basic kitchen equipment and tools
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures and protocols
