📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform daily cleaning and maintenance tasks in luxury villas, including vacuuming, dusting, and making beds.
• Use high-quality cleaning products and equipment to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness.
• Follow a strict cleaning schedule to meet daily and weekly maintenance requirements.
• Inspect villas for any damage or maintenance issues and report them to the maintenance team.
• Stock and manage cleaning supplies to ensure they are always available and in good condition.
• Collaborate with the housekeeping supervisor to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests and addressing any concerns they may have.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in housekeeping or a related field.
• Familiarity with cleaning and maintenance procedures for luxury villas.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Ability to lift and move up to 20 kg of weight.
• Familiarity with using cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners, steam cleaners, and mops.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
