📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage and maintain optimal stock levels of FMCG products
- Conduct regular inventory checks and restocking as needed
- Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies to maximize sales
- Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies accordingly
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Provide excellent customer service and assist with sales transactions
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Participate in training sessions and continuous professional development
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 2 years of experience in merchandising or a related field
- Proven track record in FMCG merchandising
- Strong knowledge of retail operations and sales strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with inventory management software such as SAP or Oracle
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field
- Certification in Retail Merchandising or a similar field is a plus
