📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and implement training programs for BPO agents, focusing on healthcare customer service skills.
• Develop and update e-learning modules using platforms like Moodle or Articulate Storyline.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops, both in-person and virtual, using tools like Zoom and Microsoft Teams.
• Assess training effectiveness and make data-driven improvements to our training programs.
• Collaborate with the BPO team to identify and address training needs.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in healthcare customer service.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to BPO agents to ensure they meet performance standards.
• Monitor and report on training progress and outcomes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, preferably in the healthcare or BPO industry.
• Certification in training and development (e.g., Certified Professional in Learning and Performance - CPLP) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of e-learning platforms and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
