📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in verifying and analyzing logistics data using HRIS systems, Excel, and other data management tools
• Ensure the accuracy and efficiency of logistics processes by identifying and resolving discrepancies
• Collaborate with the logistics team to improve data collection and reporting processes
• Support the development and implementation of data analysis and reporting tools
• Assist in the preparation of logistics reports and presentations for management
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of logistics strategies
• Assist in the training and onboarding of new logistics team members
• Support the logistics team in achieving their goals and objectives

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Basic knowledge of HRIS systems, Excel, and other data management tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Detail-oriented and committed to accuracy and efficiency
• Familiarity with logistics operations and data analysis is a plus
