In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing monthly and annual financial statements, and ensuring compliance with Indonesian and international accounting standards. You will work closely with our management team to analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide insights that drive business decisions. With your strong accounting skills and attention to detail, you will help ensure the financial health and stability of our company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports using QuickBooks and other accounting software.
• Process and reconcile bank statements, payroll, and other financial transactions.
• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian and international accounting standards, including GAAP and IFRS.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Work closely with the management team to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.
• Prepare and submit tax returns, including corporate income tax and VAT, in accordance with Indonesian tax laws.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts for the company.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least 1 year in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international accounting standards, including GAAP and IFRS.
• Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
• Certification in professional accounting (CPA, ACCA, or CMA) is a plus.
