📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Visit and promote our automotive spare parts to workshops, garages, and dealerships in Padang and surrounding areas.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to our clients.
- Collect and submit accurate sales reports and data to the sales manager.
- Participate in sales promotions, trade shows, and other marketing events.
- Maintain a clean and well-organized workspace.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a field-based role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for travel.
- Familiarity with automotive spare parts and industry trends.
