📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Install, configure, and maintain network devices including routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal connectivity.
• Implement and manage network security measures to protect against cyber threats.
• Collaborate with the IT team to plan and execute network upgrades and expansions.
• Provide technical support to end-users and ensure their IT needs are met.
• Stay updated with the latest network technologies and best practices.
• Document network configurations and procedures for future reference.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and industry standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in network infrastructure and device management.
• Proficient in Cisco networking technologies and tools such as Cisco Packet Tracer, Cisco IOS, and Cisco Prime.
• Experience with network security tools and protocols such as VPN, IDS/IPS, and firewalls.
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms and services.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
