VISUAL PRECAST SDN BHD is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Safety Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Badung, Bali. This role is crucial in ensuring the safety and compliance of our construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction safety and a proven track record in managing safety protocols and compliance standards.
As a Site Safety Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining a safe and compliant work environment. Your responsibilities will include conducting safety inspections, training workers on safety procedures, and ensuring that all safety regulations are adhered to. You will also be responsible for reporting any safety hazards and implementing corrective actions.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.,Develop and implement safety programs and procedures to minimize the risk of accidents and injuries.,Train and educate workers on safety protocols, emergency procedures, and safe work practices.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of safety programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Investigate accidents and incidents, and prepare detailed reports for management.,Ensure that all safety equipment and personal protective equipment (PPE) is in good condition and available for use.,Coordinate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure that safety considerations are integrated into project planning and execution.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Safety Management, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the construction industry.,Certification in Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) or a related field is preferred.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian safety regulations and standards.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Experience in using safety management software and tools is a plus.🛠️ Keahlian
