📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and industry trends.,Prepare and present sales reports to management and stakeholders.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.,Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote our products/services.,Manage and track sales performance, and provide coaching and mentoring to sales team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong understanding of CRM software and sales processes.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and consumer behavior.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
