📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.,Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.,Assist in the development and execution of sales training programs.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales and customer satisfaction.,Manage and track sales pipelines and follow up on leads.,Participate in sales meetings and conferences to network and learn from industry experts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or a related field.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools.,Familiarity with sales methodologies and techniques.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
