📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet hiring needs for technology consulting projects.,Source, screen, and evaluate candidates to ensure they meet the job requirements and cultural fit.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide input on candidate selection.,Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.,Maintain a strong understanding of the local and global talent market to identify and attract top talent.,Build and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies, headhunters, and other external partners.,Provide feedback and guidance to internal teams on recruitment best practices and processes.,Track and report on recruitment metrics and KPIs to ensure the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on technology consulting or a related field.,Strong understanding of the technology consulting industry and the ability to identify and attract top talent.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Familiarity with local and global talent market trends and best practices.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
