📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all financial activities including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.,Prepare and analyze financial reports to support decision-making processes.,Ensure accurate and timely financial record-keeping and compliance with financial regulations.,Oversee the preparation of financial statements and ensure their accuracy and compliance with GAAP standards.,Manage relationships with external auditors and ensure compliance with audit requirements.,Provide financial advice and guidance to senior management on financial matters.,Monitor and control cash flow to ensure the company's financial health.,Identify and implement cost-saving measures and financial improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior finance role, preferably in a multinational company.,Strong knowledge of financial accounting, management accounting, and financial reporting.,Proficient in using financial software and tools such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian and English languages is a plus.
