CCECC Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Safety Coordinator to join our team on a prestigious construction project in Bali, Indonesia. This is a unique opportunity to work on large-scale infrastructure projects and contribute to the development of world-class facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of all project personnel, as well as implementing and maintaining a robust safety management system.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement safety policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company standards.,Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards.,Provide safety training and orientation to project personnel, including contractors and subcontractors.,Monitor and analyze safety performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.,Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure safety is integrated into all project activities.,Maintain and update safety documentation, including incident reports, safety data sheets, and training records.,Promote a strong safety culture within the project team and encourage open communication about safety concerns.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Safety Management, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry.,Certification as a Safety Officer (OSH) or equivalent is highly desirable.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, regulations, and safety standards.,Proven track record of successfully implementing and maintaining a safety management system.,Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work effectively in a multicultural team environment.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
