📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of food quality and customer service.,Manage and supervise a team of staff, including chefs, servers, and support staff.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain a clean and well-maintained restaurant.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, and make data-driven decisions to improve profitability.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.,Plan and organize inventory, including purchasing, storage, and usage of ingredients.,Ensure that all staff are trained and knowledgeable about the restaurant's products and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the food service industry.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Experience with POS systems and inventory management software.,Familiarity with marketing and sales strategies.,Ability to analyze sales data and make informed business decisions.
