Food Bold Group is seeking a dedicated Training Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and design training programs to meet the needs of the organization and employees.,Deliver training sessions both in-person and virtually, ensuring high engagement and participation.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.,Collaborate with department heads to integrate training into the overall business strategy.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in employee training and development.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.,Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process by creating and delivering orientation programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate or educational setting.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using training management software and other relevant tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
