PT. WIJA RAKSA BUANA is seeking a highly motivated Operations & Procurement Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and ensuring the smooth procurement of goods and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations and procurement, with excellent leadership and communication skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring efficiency and productivity.,Manage and optimize the procurement process, from sourcing to delivery.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment.,Coordinate with other departments to meet operational goals.,Implement and enforce quality control measures.,Analyze and report on procurement and operations performance.,Lead and mentor the operations and procurement team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations and procurement.,Proven track record of managing procurement processes and supplier relationships.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using procurement and inventory management software.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
