Mart Local Jaya is seeking a skilled and experienced System Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our IT infrastructure, ensuring the smooth operation of our systems, and providing technical support to our employees. This is a hybrid position, allowing you to work both in the office and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain our IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.,Monitor system performance and ensure uptime and availability.,Provide technical support to employees, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Implement and maintain security measures to protect our systems and data.,Perform regular backups and disaster recovery planning.,Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends.,Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure the efficient operation of our systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience as a System Administrator or similar role.,Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, and network protocols.,Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).,Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Bash).,Good understanding of IT security principles and best practices.,Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
