Overseeing daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient business processes,Developing and implementing operational strategies to improve productivity and output,Managing and mentoring operational staff to ensure high performance standards,Monitoring and analyzing operational data to identify areas for improvement,Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations,Collaborating with other departments to achieve organizational goals,Leading and participating in cross-functional projects and initiatives,Implementing and maintaining quality control measures to ensure product/service excellence

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management,Proven track record of success in a similar role,Strong leadership and management skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia,Knowledge of operational software and tools,Ability to work in a hybrid environment
