📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage the financial health of the pharmacy, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
  • Oversee the preparation and submission of financial statements.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive growth and profitability.
  • Supervise the work of the accounting and finance team.
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records and transactions.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in the healthcare or retail industry.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
