📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment using dishwashing machines and manual methods
• Assist chefs in preparing and cooking meals, including chopping vegetables, mixing ingredients, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace
• Stock and organize kitchen supplies, including ingredients, utensils, and cleaning materials
• Follow health and safety regulations to maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen environment
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient and effective workflow
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, and restrooms
• Participate in inventory management and restocking kitchen supplies as needed
• Work as part of a team to ensure that all tasks are completed on time and to the highest standard

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
• Strong knowledge of kitchen hygiene and safety regulations
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Familiarity with using dishwashing machines and manual cleaning methods
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects with ease
• Basic knowledge of cooking techniques and ingredients
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
