📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and coordinate site activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.,Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress and address any issues promptly.,Prepare and submit progress reports and other relevant documentation to management.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards on-site.,Manage and mentor junior engineers and site staff.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth project execution.,Maintain strong relationships with clients and contractors to ensure project success.,Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and productivity on-site.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of engineering principles and practices.,Proven track record of successfully managing projects on-site.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using relevant engineering software and tools.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
