📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and manage engaging content for our digital platforms, including blogs, social media, and educational resources.
• Build and nurture our community by fostering meaningful engagement and interaction.
• Create and curate content that aligns with evidence-based practices in neurotechnology education.
• Conduct research to stay updated on the latest trends and developments in neurotechnology and education.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement content strategies.
• Monitor and analyze community engagement metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure our content is accessible and inclusive, catering to diverse audiences.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop innovative ideas for community engagement and content creation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in community management, content creation, or a related field.
• Proficient in using content management systems such as WordPress, Joomla, or Drupal.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices for engagement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with neurotechnology and its applications in education is a plus.
• Certification in community management or content strategy is a plus.
