📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Install, configure, and maintain advanced CCTV systems, including IP cameras, DVRs, and NVR systems.
• Conduct regular system checks and perform preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance and longevity of CCTV equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to CCTV systems and IT infrastructure.
• Provide on-site and remote IT support to ensure smooth operation of our clients' systems.
• Assist in the implementation of network security measures and protocols.
• Document all technical procedures and maintain detailed records of system configurations and maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with the team to identify and implement improvements in our CCTV and IT support services.
• Train and mentor junior technicians on best practices and technical skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in CCTV installation and maintenance.
• Proficient in using CCTV software such as Milestone XProtect, Hikvision iVMS, or Dahua DVR/NVR systems.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networking, servers, and workstations.
• Familiarity with network security protocols and best practices.
• Valid certification in CCTV systems or related technical fields is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to travel to client sites as required.
