📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and lead a team of 10-15 employees, including sales associates, baristas, and support staff.
• Oversee daily operations of our retail locations, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer service.
• Implement and monitor sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
• Train and develop staff to enhance their performance and job satisfaction.
• Manage inventory and ensure efficient supply chain processes.
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers and suppliers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management or a similar role in the hospitality or F&B industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing teams and driving sales growth.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Familiarity with retail management software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or similar.
• Experience in the coffee industry is a plus.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
