As an Assistant Manager Mechanic, you will work closely with our team of experienced mechanics to ensure that our fleet operates efficiently and safely. You will be responsible for developing and implementing maintenance schedules, conducting regular inspections, and ensuring that all maintenance tasks are completed on time and to the highest standards. You will also be responsible for managing our spare parts inventory, ensuring that we have the right parts on hand to keep our vehicles running smoothly.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of our mechanics, ensuring that our vehicles are well-maintained and ready for service.
• Schedule and manage maintenance tasks, ensuring that all maintenance tasks are completed on time and to the highest standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of our fleet, identifying and addressing any potential issues before they become major problems.
• Manage our spare parts inventory, ensuring that we have the right parts on hand to keep our vehicles running smoothly.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations, and develop and implement safety protocols for our mechanics.
• Collaborate with our team of experienced mechanics to develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures.
• Monitor and analyze maintenance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Provide training and support to our mechanics, helping them to develop their skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on fleet management and maintenance.
• Certification as an Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Master Technician or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance procedures, and experience with a variety of vehicle makes and models.
• Experience with fleet management software, such as Fleetmatics or Geotab.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team of mechanics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical staff.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, and to meet tight deadlines.
