Coordinate and manage the day-to-day operations of the studio, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.,Oversee the setup and breakdown of studio spaces for events, workshops, and performances.,Manage and maintain studio equipment and inventory, ensuring that everything is in good working order and ready for use.,Assist with the organization and coordination of events, workshops, and performances, including marketing, promotions, and ticketing.,Work closely with artists, performers, and other stakeholders to ensure that their needs are met and that events run smoothly.,Maintain a clean and organized studio space, ensuring that it is welcoming and inviting for visitors and participants.,Assist with the development and implementation of studio policies and procedures, ensuring that they are fair and effective.,Provide excellent customer service to visitors and participants, ensuring that they have a positive experience at our Creative Hub.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as arts, business, or hospitality, or equivalent experience.,Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a creative or arts environment.,Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of people.,Proficiency in the use of office software, such as Microsoft Office or Google Suite.,Experience with event planning, marketing, and promotions is a plus.,Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.,A passion for the arts and a commitment to creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for all visitors and participants.
