In this role, you will be responsible for leading MEP design projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and efficient solutions for our clients.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage MEP design projects from conception to completion.,Develop and implement design standards and best practices.,Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for MEP systems.,Oversee the work of junior engineers and ensure quality control.,Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliverables.,Prepare technical reports, specifications, and drawings for project documentation.,Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in MEP design.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP design and project leadership.,Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other relevant design software.,Strong knowledge of MEP systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.,Excellent project management and leadership skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
