Berkah Oka Health Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees.,Manage employee relations and resolve any workplace issues.,Ensure compliance with all labor laws and company policies.,Develop and implement HR strategies to improve employee performance and satisfaction.,Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.,Coordinate training and development programs for employees.,Handle employee benefits and compensation packages.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian.,Experience with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) is a plus.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
